Abstract (English): The aim to be achieved from this community service activity in general is to increase the understanding and skills of office vocational school students in building personal branding and marketing themselves effectively, so that they can be better prepared to face the challenges of the world of work in the digital era and increase their chances of getting jobs that suit their skills and aspirations.
The program begins with an initial survey to determine the extent of students' understanding of digital marketing. Based on the survey results, socialization material was prepared to include basic theory, case studies and direct practice. Competent resource persons, such as digital marketing practitioners or academics, are also selected to provide relevant and inspiring material.
The digital era creates challenges for vocational school students to adapt their skills to the needs of the world of work, but also offers opportunities through digital technology. Personal branding helps students build an identity and reputation that differentiates them in the job market, while self-marketing provides strategies for tactically promoting abilities. In facing the world of work, mastering soft skills such as communication and adapting to technology is very important to increase competitiveness.
