One important step that can be taken to overcome this challenge is to integrate soft skills teaching into the vocational school curriculum. Soft skills do not have to be taught as a separate subject, but can be integrated into everyday learning. For example, in every project or group assignment, students can be taught how to communicate well, conflict management, and how to divide tasks effectively. This approach will help students hone their soft skills naturally through daily learning experiences. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity in general is to increase the understanding of office vocational school students regarding the importance of soft skills in facing the demands of the competitive world of work. Organizing socialization at Putra Pertiwi Vocational School. The method used is a lecture method which begins with a theoretical explanation. The results of the study show that soft skills are an important element that complements hard skills in preparing vocational school students to face the world of work. Soft skills such as communication, collaboration and adaptation are the keys that companies are looking for, that 92% of HR professionals consider soft skills to be as important, if not more important, than hard skills. Experiential learning approaches, such as internships and experience-based training, have proven effective in developing these skills.
